A functional part of the Norkom System is not working as designed and no workaround is available. Some testing can continue but sections of the test plan must be skipped.
Client may not go-live with this issue.

| P3 Medium |
A functional part is not working as designed, but a workaround is available or issue is a minor Product/Application bug, with or without workaround. Testing can continue.
Client may not go-live with this issue. These issues will be re-classified as P2 or P4 following analysis.

| P4 Low |
Low priority issue causing only minor inconvenience. Testing can continue.
No impact on go-live.
